About Angela
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and have worked in nursing for the past 16 years, alongside my work as a clinical counsellor. My experience spans psychiatric care, palliative care, and holistic health. I have seen how deeply emotional, physical, and mental healthcare connected-and how important it is to feel safe, heard, and supported. My work is grounded in both professional training and real-life understanding of complex, emotionally challenging environments.

I do not offer direct billing to insurance providers.
After each session, you’ll receive a detailed receipt that you can submit for reimbursement (if your plan covers counselling).

My standard session rate is $200/hour. This rate reflects over two decades of multidisciplinary training and integrative experience in healthcare, counselling, and holistic wellness.
I offer comprehensive support that draws from both clinical and intuitive approaches to meet you wherever you are in your healing journey.

Philosophy
I take an integrative, whole-person approach to care - honouring the connection between the mind, body, and lived experience. My work explores how stress and trauma can be held in the body and how to gently access and process it in ways that feel safe, supportive, and empowering.
I believe that when we create the right conditions, the body and mind naturally move toward balance and alignment.
Experience
I’ve worked in healthcare for nearly two decades across acute care, mental health, and palliative settings.
Through this work, I’ve seen how unprocessed stress and trauma can impact both physical and emotional well-being, and how often support comes only in moments of crisis.
I believe each person has an innate capacity to return to balance. My role is to listen, support, and create space for that process to unfold at a pace that feels right for you.
