A different kind of support
You don’t need to be “fixed” to begin.
If you’re here, you may be feeling confused, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself—especially after experiences or relationships that didn’t feel right.
This work isn’t about fixing or changing who you are. It’s about creating space to understand yourself more deeply, at your own pace.
Over time, I’ve come to see that real change doesn’t happen through pressure or force—but through safety, awareness, and small, meaningful shifts.
The Heart Behind This Work
My path hasn’t been linear.
Over time, I’ve come to understand that healing isn’t just about what we think—it’s about how our experiences live in the body, shape our nervous system, and influence how we see ourselves and the world.
I believe small, intentional shifts can create meaningful change. Not all at once, but in ways that build over time.
My Background
I’m a Certified Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology (Hons).
I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and have worked in healthcare for over 16 years, with experience in psychiatric care, palliative care, and community-based support-where I’ve seen how deeply emotional, physical, and mental health are connected.
Alongside my clinical work, I’ve explored integrative approaches to care, including nervous system support, and gut-brain health.
How I Work
My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in both clinical training and lived experience.
Some of the people I support are navigating the effects of emotionally complex or high-control relationship dynamics, and working to rebuild clarity, self-trust, and a sense of stability.
I focus on creating a space where you can begin to:
Feel safe to explore what you’ve been through
Begin to trust your own thoughts and feelings again
Understand your patterns without judgment
Reconnect with your body and your own sense of clarity
There’s no pressure to have everything figured out— we move at a pace that feels right for you.
